MythoGlyph takes care to ensure orders are processed and delivered as efficiently as possible. Our products are produced and shipped through a third-party fulfillment partner. This Shipping Policy explains processing timelines, shipping estimates, and how shipping-related issues are handled.

1) Processing & Fulfillment Time

- Orders require processing and fulfillment prior to shipment.
- Estimated processing time: 5–10 business days before the order ships.
- Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand.

2) Estimated Delivery Times (After Shipment)

- Standard U.S. Shipping: 5–14 business days
- Expedited U.S. Shipping (if available at checkout): 3–7 business days
- International Shipping: 10–30 business days (varies by destination and customs processing)
Total estimated delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

3) International Orders, Duties & Taxes

- International delivery times vary by destination country and customs processing.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage fees required by their local government.

4) Address Accuracy (Customer Responsibility)

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
- If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, you may be responsible for reshipping fees and/or additional handling costs.

5) Lost, Stolen, Delayed, or Misdelivered Packages
Once an order has been shipped, carrier handling is outside our control. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered; however, we will assist where possible.
If your package is missing, we recommend:
- Check the tracking link for updates and delivery notes.
- Confirm the shipping address used at checkout.
- Contact your local post office/carrier with your tracking number.
- If the package is marked Delivered, wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes mark delivery prior to actual arrival).
- Check with neighbors/building management and any secure package location.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:
- You must contact the carrier to request a delivery investigation and/or file a claim.
- Please also notify us at Contact@MythoGlyph within 7 days of the “Delivered” scan so we can document the issue and advise next steps.
If a package appears lost in transit (no delivery confirmation):
Contact us at Contact@MythoGlyph within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

6) Damaged Items or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, contact Contact@MythoGlyph with:
- Your order number
- Photos showing the issue (and packaging photos if the item arrived damaged)
- A brief description of the issue

Reporting window: Please report within 30 days of delivery.
We will review and, if eligible, arrange a resolution (replacement or refund). In many cases, a return may not be required.

7) Cancellations / Order Changes
Â
Because fulfillment begins quickly, we generally cannot cancel or modify orders once they are placed.
- If you need to correct an address or report a checkout error, contact Contact@MythoGlyph immediately.
- We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but changes are not guaranteed once fulfillment processing has started.
